无脉症又名多发性大动脉炎、主动脉弓综合征、Takayasu病等,由于临床表现多样,常见于内科或神经科,早期症状轻微时容易漏诊。我院1975～1987年共收治23例。现结合文献,分析如下。临床资料年龄及性别 23例中年龄分布为18～65岁,平均33.8岁。30岁以下11例,31～45岁8例,45岁以上4例,说明本病主要侵犯青壮年。男7例,女16例(69％),男女之比为1:23。症状及体征本病的临床表现依损害血管部位及范围而定,主要表现为:
A pulse-free syndrome, also known as multiple arteritis, aortic arch syndrome, Takayasu disease, etc., are often missed in internal medicine or neurology due to their diverse clinical manifestations. Our hospital from 1975 to 1987 were treated 23 cases. Now combined with the literature, analysis is as follows. Clinical data of 23 cases of age and gender distribution of 18 to 65 years old, with an average of 33.8 years of age. 11 under 30 years of age, 31 to 45 years old in 8 cases, 45 years old in 4 cases, indicating that the main violations of young adults.
