2000年8月,教育部印发了《中等职业学校专业目录》,以及《关于中等职业学校专业设置管理的原则意见》。一年来,这两份文件在中等职业学校行政管理和学校教学管理中发挥了重要指导作用。许多同志反映,通过实践,对文件的基本内涵有了更深层次的认识。作为中等职业教育管理的基础性文件,《目录》是规划中等职业教育发展,设置与调整专业,安排招生,指导毕业生就业,进行教育统计、信息处理和人才需求预测等工作的重要依据,因此,理解好文件精神,落实好有关要求,是推动中等职业教育不断发展的重要任务之一。日前,参与组织制定《目录》工作的教育部职成司陈光处长接受了记者采访,对目录的制定与管理发表了看法。
