烘房在开冷车时壁面吸热量的大小是烘燥机械设计中重要参数之一。本文对烘房壁及其热绝缘层的温度场进行了分析,当热绝缘层厚度大于3.2 ατ~(1/2)情况下,烘房壁可看作半无限大物体:若热绝缘层厚度不大于3.2 ατ~(1/2),烘房壁应按有限厚度平壁处理。在此基础上,文中提出流经烘房壁内表面热量的理论计算方法。
The amount of heat absorbed by the wall during the opening of the cold room is one of the important parameters in the drying machine design. In this paper, the temperature field of the drying room wall and its thermal insulation layer is analyzed. When the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is greater than 3.2 ατ ~ (1/2), the drying room wall can be considered as a semi-infinite object: if the thickness of the thermal insulation layer Not more than 3.2 ατ ~ (1/2), drying wall should be treated with a flat wall thickness. On this basis, a theoretical calculation method for the heat flow through the inner surface of the drying room wall is proposed.
