在石家庄市革新街办事处的大街小巷、小区楼院,人们总会看到一个奔波劳碌的中年女性,她就是街道党委书记武香梅。她已经在这里工作18年了,探索出了许多社区建设的成功经验。“共产党员家庭”挂牌活动就是武香梅在2000年初倡导开展的。这一活动的开展,不仅使社区的党员骨干力量由原来的388名猛增到3021名,党员的党性观念和先锋模范意识也明显增强。他们有的主动担任楼院长,有的主动负责“法轮功”人员的帮教转化,有的担任了文明学校的义务教员,有的积极参加了义务巡逻队。泰安小区是新华区第一批旧城改造的小区,由于开发商的原因,3年中居民生活用电一直沿用施工临时用电,变压器超负荷运行,经常断闸停电。这个大难题不是办事处职权范围内能解决
