HZWA型金属支柱的水平楔(图1)是金属支柱的关键零件。该件工作时,主要承受静压力、剪切力的作用,有时还要承受冲击载荷。因此,要求水平楔应具有良好的综合机械性能。为了提高水平楔机械性能,对水平楔进行了箱式炉调质和高频淬火。1981年,我们改变过去传统热加工工艺,进行锻造余热淬火工艺试验获得成功。1981年6月煤炭部组织支柱行检时,水平楔的调质合格率达到100%。
The horizontal wedge of the HZWA metal pillar (Figure 1) is a key component of the metal pillar.
