开放系统中肺支原体一次性人工感染兔和小鼠的研究

肺支原体(M.pulmois)经鼻一次性人工感染成年普通青紫兰兔和清洁级昆明小鼠,105CFU/只,然后饲喂于20±2℃,相对湿度60±10%的开放环境中,隔七天取鼻咽、气管拭子、肺及血样,经分离培养法追踪感染菌在兔、鼠呼吸系统的分布,用间接ELISA法检测相应感染期内血液中抗体IgG的变化情况结果表明,开放系统中MP经一鼻次性人工感染后普通级青紫兰兔肺泡周围分布最多,同时在鼻腔、咽、气管各段均有,且在感染第十四天,部分兔死亡,随后加剧,在21天内全部感染兔死亡,血液在感染第7-14天出现,并达最高值。清洁级昆明小鼠对MP不敏感,在感染49天中仅有1只死亡。同时血中抗体IgG在感染第7天达最高,随后逐渐下降,28天后几乎用间接ELISA法测不出来。小鼠感染0-14天内,M.Pul均可从鼻腔、咽、气管、肺分得,随后仅能从鼻咽部和气管分得。 Mycoplasma hominis (M.pulmois) was infested with nasal common adult cyan rabbits and clean-grade Kunming mice at a dose of 105 CFU / mouse and then fed to an open environment at 20 ± 2 ° C. and relative humidity of 60 ± 10% Nasopharyngeal, tracheal swabs, lungs and blood samples were taken on the 7th day. Mouse infection 0-14 days, M.Pul can be obtained from the nasal cavity, pharynx, trachea, lung, and then only from the nasopharynx and trachea divided.
