目的:本文就米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效进行研究及评价。方法:抽取我院在2016年收治的92例异位妊娠患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,各46例。参照组患者口服米非司酮治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加注甲氨蝶呤治疗,对比不同疗法下的治疗效果。结果:实验组的治疗成功率高于参照组,血HCG值下降速度对比参照组更快,包块缩小程度对比参照组更加显著,均P<0.05。结论:应用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的治愈率较高,且对促进包块消失、血HCG水平下降均有积极作用,值得推广。
Objective: In this paper, mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy research and evaluation. Methods: Totally 92 ectopic pregnancy patients admitted in our hospital in 2016 were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were treated with mifepristone. The experimental group was given methotrexate on the basis of the reference group, and the therapeutic effect under different therapies was compared. Results: The success rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in reference group. The declining rate of blood HCG value was faster than that of reference group, and the extent of shrinkage was more significant than that of reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy higher cure rate, and to promote the disappearance of mass, blood HCG levels have a positive effect, it is worth promoting.
