第一章总则第一条为了加大打击假冒、走私烟草专卖品等违法活动的力度,保护国家和消费者的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》及其实施条例并结合我省实际,制定本规定。第二条举报和查获假冒、走私、违章烟草制品、制假烟机设备、原辅材料、假冒商标标识的单位和个人为本规定的奖励对象。第三条举报并经烟草专卖行政执法部门查获属实的违法烟草专卖品案件,由烟草专卖行政执法部门给予奖励。
