1992年3月3日至3月5日,在大港油田召开了有18个单位28名专业技术人员参加的《天然气脱水设计规范》送审稿审查会。此稿主要参考了 API12GDU、《天然气二醇型脱水装置规范》。该规范中提出的某些设计参数与国内常用值相差较大,某些图表数据与国内习惯用法不一致。对此,会议有以下意见:1.应结合我国国情吸收国外标准中先进的技术措施、技术指标和设计的思考方法,既不能迁就落后的现状,也不能超越现实。2.对于目前国内难以达到的某些技术指标或参数,在我们的规范中,应予以介绍。在规范的正文中,以可能达到的极限值出现,并
March 3, 1992 to March 5, held in Dagang Oilfield has 18 units of 28 professional and technical personnel to participate in the “Natural Gas Dewatering Design Code” submitted for review draft review.
