党的十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央坚定不移地推进从严治党,推动党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,正风肃纪,反腐惩恶,坚决遏制腐败蔓延势头。五年来,包括周永康、徐才厚、令计划、苏荣、白恩培、万庆良等在内的数十名省部级以上腐败分子被查处,2016年,全国就查处违反八项规定问题超4万起,处分4.2万余人,让世人看到了以党中央为核心的党风廉政建设推进力度之大,取得成效之明显。但在取得如此丰功伟绩的同时,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争仍任重道远,各基层不正之风和腐败问题依旧严重。问题多,难整治,成为廉政建设主要的绊脚石。因此,加强廉政建设和反腐败斗争必须坚持标本兼治,在健全制度和监督举措,加大惩处力度的同时,必须发扬优秀文化建设的软约束力和感染力,加强廉政文化建设。

Therefore, while consolidating the system and supervising measures and intensifying punishment, we must uphold the soft binding and contagious power of outstanding cultural construction and strengthen the culture of building an honest and clean government.
