本文介绍了硫磺悬浮液的制备方法。讨论了以激光作为光源的光学测试系统以及利用光的全散射方法对悬浮液中细微颗粒进行测量的原理和方法。悬浮液中硫磺颗粒的大小可根据化学反应的时间加以控制,由此即可得到具有不同大小的硫磺颗粒,用以对一正在设计中的光学探针的光学系统进行校验。在给出的一组试验中,当悬浮液制备70分钟后,硫磺颗粒的直径经测定为0.54μm;415分钟后,其直径已长大为0.520μm。
This article describes the preparation of sulfur suspension. The principle and method of measuring the fine particles in the suspension with the optical test system using laser as the light source and the total scattering method using light are discussed. The size of the sulfur particles in the suspension can be controlled according to the time of the chemical reaction, whereby sulfur particles of different sizes can be obtained for checking the optical system of an optical probe being designed. In the set of experiments given, the diameter of the sulfur particles was determined to be 0.54 μm after the suspension was prepared for 70 minutes; after 415 minutes, the diameter of the sulfur particles had grown to 0.520 μm.
