由中国(海南)改革发展研究院、中国经济体制改革研究会、联合国开发计划署、德国技术合作公司联合主办的“中国国有企业改革国际研讨会”,于1994年10月24日至26日在海口市中国(海南)改革发展研究院举行。会议讨论的主要议题是;中国国有企业的公司制改造;国有企业改革的国际比较;国有企业产权制度的改革;国有企业的管理;国有企业与银行的关系;政府职能转换与国有资产管理体制的改革。
The “China International Symposium on State-owned Enterprise Reform” co-sponsored by the China (Hainan) Institute of Reform and Development, the China Economic Reform Research Institute, the United Nations Development Program, and the German Agency for Technical Cooperation, was held from October 24 to October 26, 1994. Haikou City, China (Hainan) Reform and Development Institute held. The main topics discussed at the meeting were: Corporate restructuring of state-owned enterprises in China; International comparison of reforms in state-owned enterprises; Reform of the property rights system of state-owned enterprises; Management of state-owned enterprises; Relationship between state-owned enterprises and banks; Transformation of government functions and management of state-owned assets reform.
