研究了溶剂萃取硫代钼酸盐分离钨钼的基本参数。选用N263-TBP-煤油有机相体系,水相为经除P、As、Si的工业钨酸钠溶液,用盐酸调整溶液的pH值,再加入适量的硫化碱进行处理,调整WO3浓度至95g/L左右。研究了平衡时间和萃取剂浓度、极性改善剂浓度、相比、pH值及温度对Mo、W萃取率的影响。结果表明:该体系分相迅速,平衡时间3min,萃取可在15~40℃范围内进行。
The basic parameters for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum by solvent extraction of thiomolybdate were studied. The N263-TBP-kerosene organic phase system was used. The aqueous phase was industrial sodium tungstate solution except P, As and Si. The pH value of the solution was adjusted with hydrochloric acid and then added with proper amount of sodium sulfide. The concentration of WO3 was adjusted to 95g / L or so. The effect of equilibrium time, concentration of extractant, concentration of polar agent, pH value and temperature on extraction rate of Mo and W were studied. The results showed that the system was separated rapidly and the equilibrium time was 3min. The extraction was carried out at 15-40 ℃.
