帮助下岗失业人员实现再就业已成为北京市西城区社区职业指导员们的自觉行动。他们不仅怀着一颗理解、同情和真诚的心温暖关照就业困难群体并通过各种渠道寻找和开发就业岗位,还用科学的职业指导方法启迪他们因自悲失望而关闭的心扉,抛弃怨天尤人懒汉懦夫的思想,唤起他们自强自立、自食其力、自己主宰自己的公民意识和社会、家庭责任感,积极实现再就业。西城区六部口社区的职业指导员帮助社区居民徐月明的求职过程就是其中的一个小故事。
