本文建立了中成药六味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量测定的高分辨气相色谱法。色谱条件为 SE-30 FSOT柱(L28m×φ0.28mm),柱温180℃,火焰离子化检测器,以正十六烷为内标,六味地黄丸经乙酸乙酯提取,浓缩后测定丹皮酚的含量。在2—12.5μg 范围内,丹皮酚与内标峰面积之比呈线性关系,丹皮酚加样平均回收率为100.3%(CV=1.38%,n=11)。本法可用于六味地黄丸三种制剂的含量测定,测得结果与其它方法比较一致,准确可靠。
In this paper, a high resolution gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Pills. Chromatographic conditions were SE-30 FSOT column (L28m×φ0.28mm), column temperature 180°C, flame ionization detector, n-hexadecane as internal standard, Liuwei Dihuang Pills were extracted with ethyl acetate, and the concentration was measured. Phenol content. In the range of 2–12.5 μg, the ratio of paeonol to internal standard peak area was linear, and the average recovery of paeonol was 100.3% (CV=1.38%, n=11). This method can be used to determine the content of three formulations of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. The measured results are consistent with other methods, accurate and reliable.
