根据科委下达的任务,中国林科院资源信息研究所遥感室应用法国政府赠送的SPOT卫星火区形象资料,对大兴安岭的阿穆尔林业局的林火行为和蓄积损失估测进行了研究。该研究以SPOT卫星标准假彩色合成影象为主耍信息源,参考NOAA卫星资料,采用影象的目视判读和局部地区计算机图象增强处理的方法,配合地形、气象等资料,把相应的天气过程与动态的NOAA、SPOT影象进行关联分析,探讨了气象、植被、地形诸因子对林火行为和火灾流程的影响,为预防和扑救林火工作提出了依据。此外,亦在对SPOT影象按火灾强度做出三级区分进行判读勾绘的基础上,采用分层抽样技术,配合已做的适量地面样
According to the mission assigned by the Science and Technology Commission, the remote sensing room of the Institute of Resource Information, Chinese Academy of Forestry, applied the image data of the SPOT satellite fire area donated by the French government to study the forest fire behavior and the estimation of the accumulated loss of Amur Forestry Bureau in Daxinganling. In this study, the main source of false synthetic color image of the SPOT satellite was taken as reference. With reference to the NOAA satellite data, the visual interpretation of the image and the computer image enhancement processing in the local area were used.
