铸造车间的冲天炉消烟除尘目前大多选用四种方法:(1)静电除尘;(2)布袋除尘;(3)湿法除尘;(4)干法除尘。其中静电和布袋除尘效果最为理想,但投资费用高,比如对3T/时冲天炉按装一套静电除尘设备需花15万元,控装一套布袋除尘设备需花6万元,同时由于炉气温度较高(750℃),静电装置和布袋极易损坏,给维修保养带来困难,湿法除尘虽然效果也很好,但二次污染不易解决,再加上设备庞大,占地面积多,消耗能源多,设备易损坏,维修困难,所以在实际应用中不太受欢迎。
