重庆钢铁公司大型平炉车间为了减轻涂模工作的劳动强度,改善钢锭表面质量,于1956年8月学习了其他厂机械涂模经验,试制成功手提式涂模机并经试用效果良好.由于采用机械涂模,钢锭表面质量得到基本改善;锭模表面油层较人工涂模时为薄,因之油料消耗降低三分之二;加速了锭模的准备过程和工作效率.该涂模机由38个另件组成,以压缩空气为动力,全部涂模工作只须一个劳动力.涂模机的构造和操作如下(见右图):在涂横时先将(7)考克风开关开启,5-7气压的压缩空气由接头(6)沿着风管(16)进入气缸套
In order to reduce the labor intensity of coating work and improve the ingot surface quality, the large-scale hearth workshop of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company learned the experience of other factory machinery coating in August 1956.
