大冶钢厂电炉车间於1955年11月动员与组织了组长、坑长以上干部学习与修订电炉与铸锭基本操作规程,在讲课中抓住了以下几个环节: (1)新旧规程对比。规程修改部分要特地提出让大家予以注意;新添部分要讲清条文的根据与道理和操作方法。 (2)联系实际。结合真人真事讲明执行新规程的重要意义;并把以前违反操作规程情况及原因提出给大家以警惕,指出目前操作上存在的问题及与规程相异的地方,并指出今後操作应注意的事项及其违反的危害性。
