钢筋混凝土构件,如梁、板、墙、基础等,不仅要满足强度、刚度、抗裂性要求,而且要满足构造要求。有些预制厂加工构件,不注意构造要求,不按规范操作,不按设计施工,造成浪费,并影响安全使用。其中最易出现的是受力筋的保护层厚度不按规范施工,随便增减。我们知道,受力筋表面必须有一定厚度的保护层,以保证钢筋不发生锈蚀,同时保证钢筋和混凝土共同工作。但是不是保护层越厚越好呢?不是。
