14.装配式鋼筋混凝土双曲抛物面壳体站台雨棚(房研0005零号图) 装配式雨棚是倒伞式双曲抛物面薄壳钢筋混凝土结构,各个壳体均为独立单元,受地震及地基沉降的影响比较少。壳体的平面为正方形,相邻柱间距为8m,簷口标高为5.05m,这种雨棚适用于8m宽旅客低站台。设计条件:风荷载70kg/m~2,荷载系数1.3,雪荷载50kg/m~2,荷载系数1.4,地基耐压力15t/m~2。该雨棚是由于制壳块、柱与杯形基础组成。每一个单元壳体由四个预制钢筋混凝土壳块(4000×4000×140mm)组装成为整体,然后再吊装安在立柱上。材料用300号混凝土、A_3钢及φ4冷拔低炭钢练,每个单元壳体重约9.12t。立柱为150号钢筋混凝土预制构件,截面八角形,尺寸为450×450×5475mm,每根重2.17t。杯形基础为150号钢筋混凝土,尺寸为1700×2100×
