我厂是从71年开始投产的,原设计有415格子型球磨机2台,73年扩建中又增加7006格子型球磨机2台,均与Φ3×12M 高堰式双螺旋分级机构成闭路磨矿。球磨机除主体结构的个别缺陷外,衬板局部结构也直接影响到该机的正常运转。根据1971—1972两年的生产情况统计,球磨机连续运转不超过10天,给生产带来很大的影响,主机运行不稳定就成为选矿生产的最突出的问题。职工们虽在搞好球磨机运转的可靠性方面做了多方面的努力,但到目前为止也只能说是达到了基本稳定,还存在一些问题有待于今后进一步改造和完善。下面就十五年来对我厂球磨机的改造简要叙述如下:

Ball mill in addition to the main structure of individual defects, the lining of the local structure also has a direct impact on the normal operation of the aircraft. According to the statistics of the production in 1971-1972, the continuous operation of the ball mill does not exceed 10 days, which has a great impact on the production. The unstable operation of the main machine has become the most prominent issue of the beneficiation production. Although many efforts have been made to improve the reliability of ball mill operation, the workers so far can only be said to have basically reached a certain level of stability. Some problems still need to be further improved and perfected in the future. The following fifteen years on my factory ball mill transformation briefly described as follows:
