为了适应入世后的新形势,为了振兴黑龙江省的大豆生产,提高大豆单产和品质、增加效益,国家农业部在黑龙江省实施了大豆发展计划,大面积推广高油大豆品种及其配套技术。在黑龙江省农委的组织下,各级政府和职能部门高度重视,在全省落实了300多万亩,加之今年春季全省多次普降喜雨,旱情基本解除,对作物生长发育十分有利。目前,大豆已经进入田间管理阶段,但仍存在不容忽视的问题。因此,各地要针对具体情况,加强技术管理,进一步发挥高油品种的潜力,提高产量、增加效益。本刊针对这一情况,特邀专业职能部门的专家撰搞,将高油大豆中后期管理技术传播给农民朋友,以期使大家从中获益。
In order to adapt to the new situation after China’s accession to the WTO, in order to rejuvenate the soybean production in Heilongjiang Province, increase the yield and quality of soybean and increase the efficiency, the Ministry of Agriculture implemented the soybean development plan in Heilongjiang Province and popularized the high-oil soybean varieties and their supporting technologies in a large area. Under the organization of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission of Agriculture, governments and functional departments at all levels attach great importance to the implementation of more than 3 million mu in the province. In addition, this year the province plummeted and plunged into the rain several times, and the drought was largely relieved. This is very beneficial to crop growth and development. At present, soybean has entered the field management stage, but there are still problems that can not be ignored. Therefore, all localities should, in light of specific conditions, strengthen technical management, further develop the potential of high-oil varieties, increase their output and increase their profits. In response to this situation, we invite specialists in professional functional departments to engage in propagating the middle and late management techniques of high-oil soybeans to farmers and friends so as to benefit everyone.
