进入90年代以来,由于世界石油下景气,迫使美国等国的大石油公司将精力从陆上转到了近海大陆架。但是,海上石油开发中设备所承受的工作条件远较陆上恶劣,它要受到海上风暴的侵袭及海水的腐蚀,因此,海上石油平台的无损检测工作具有特别重要的意义。纵观世界各国的海上石油平台的发展状况,也是非常不平衡的。我国还处于开发阶段。截止1992年12月亚洲地区的统计资料,某些国家的海上石油平台数为:印尼187座、马来西亚122座、文莱82座、印度68座、泰国56座、越南8座。其实说到底,平台之战实际上就是石油之战,因此,我国必须大力建造海上石油平台,发展海上石油平台的无损检测方法。但是由于多种原因,我国的管节点探伤还处于初级阶段,而见诸于杂志的文章就更少,不利于该项技术的发展。为此,我们特请中国船级社无损检测专业委员会的程志虎同志撰写了T、K、Y管节点焊缝超声波探伤的系列讲座,旨在引起广大探伤工作者的重视,并能初步掌握这门技术的要领,广泛开展该技术的研讨。
Since the 1990s, due to the global oil crisis, large oil companies in the United States and other countries have been forced to shift their energy from land to the continental shelf. However, offshore oil exploitation equipment in the work conditions are far worse than the land, it is subject to the invasion of sea storms and sea water corrosion, therefore, non-destructive testing of offshore oil platforms have a special significance. Looking at the development of offshore oil platforms in various countries in the world is also very uneven. China is still in the development stage. As of December 1992 statistics in Asia, the number of offshore oil platforms in some countries is 187 in Indonesia, 122 in Malaysia, 82 in Brunei, 68 in India, 56 in Thailand and 8 in Vietnam. In fact, in the final analysis, the battle of the platform is actually the battle of oil. Therefore, our country must make great efforts to build the offshore oil platform and develop the non-destructive testing method for the offshore oil platform. However, for a variety of reasons, the detection of pipe joints in our country is still in its infancy, and fewer articles are found in magazines, which is detrimental to the development of this technology. To this end, we have specially invited Comrade Cheng Zhi Hu from China Classification Society’s Non-Destructive Testing Commission to write a series of lectures on the ultrasonic inspection of T, K, Y pipe joints in order to arouse the attention of the general inspectors and master the door The essentials of technology, extensive study of the technology.
