目的评价营养教育对浦东新区社区居民的影响效果,为探讨改善居民营养KAP的方法提供依据。方法在浦东新区随机抽取12个社区作为干预社区,10个社区为对照社区,对干预组开展营养教育,并对干预效果进行评估。结果营养干预后,干预组营养知识知晓率、营养态度及部分营养行为明显提高(P﹤0.05),但每天吃足量新鲜蔬菜及早餐营养充足人数比例仍不到50%;每日油盐用量也远超过膳食宝塔的推荐量。结论社区面对面营养教育效果明显,但要使一些长期形成的营养行为得到改善,仍需要深入细致的营养教育指导工作。
Objective To evaluate the impact of nutrition education on community residents in Pudong New Area, and to provide basis for exploring ways to improve KAP in residents. Methods Twelve communities were randomly selected as intervention communities in Pudong New Area. Ten communities served as control communities. Nutritional education was conducted in intervention groups and the effect of intervention was evaluated. Results Nutritional awareness, nutritional attitude and some nutritional behaviors were significantly increased in the intervention group (P <0.05). However, the daily intake of fresh vegetables and breakfast nutrition was still less than 50% Far more than the recommended amount of diet pagoda. Conclusion The effect of face-to-face nutrition education in community is obvious. However, some long-term nutritional behaviors should be improved, and further guidance on nutrition education is still needed.
