小学阶段是我国教育的基础性阶段,小学阶段的教学质量为中学教育、大学教育的选择与进修打下了坚实的基础,是目前倡导的全面教育的重要组成部分。小学班主任的专业化水平在小学生发展管理与培养方面起着关键作用。在新课改全面深化的今天,小学班主任专业化建设对学生的学习和成长具有至关重要的作用。因此,本文对小学班主任专业化建设的必要性进行了阐述,并在实践中思考小学班主任专业化建设的主要培养策略。
The primary school stage is the basic stage of education in our country. The quality of primary school education lays a solid foundation for the secondary school education and the choice and further training of university education. It is an important part of the comprehensive education currently advocated. The professionalism of primary school teacher plays a key role in the development management and training of primary school students. In the comprehensive deepening of the new curriculum reform, the professional development of primary school teacher in charge of the learning and growth of students is crucial. Therefore, this article elaborates the necessity of the specialization construction of the teachers in primary schools and ponders on the main training strategies for the specialization construction of the teachers in charge of primary schools in practice.
