美术教育是我国全面推进素质教育不可或缺的组成部分,青少年时期接受良好的美术教育对培养学生的审美意识、提高审美素养、提升审美能力、促进学生健康成长、提升个性等方面有积极的推动作用。因此,小学美术老师应具备较高的美学素养,以美为指导方式,提升个性为目的,过有效的、多元的审美活动和美术课程丰富小学生的情感世界,为新课改后学生德育全面发展、可持续发展打下基石。
