1978年党的十一届三中全会,把对外开放作为我国长期的基本国策,结束了三十年来我国经济长期对外封闭的状况,从此中国开始了走向世界的漫漫长途。但是,八年以来,我国对外开放的成绩如何?教训如何?前途如何?这是全国、全世界都在关注的问题。本文拟就八年来我国对外开放作一反思。
In 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party adopted the principle of opening up to the outside world as the long-term basic state policy of our country and ended the long-term closure of China’s economy in the past 30 years. Since then, China has started a long journey to go to the world. However, in the past eight years, what has been the result of our country’s opening to the outside world? What are the lessons? What are the future? This is an issue that the whole country and the whole world are paying attention to. This article intends to make a reflection on China’s opening to the outside world in the past eight years.
