自2002至2012年的十年间,南京艺术学院学科建设长足发展,捷报频传。本文在从管理学视角对于本院的学科建设内涵进行阐释的基础上,对于十年来学科建设的成功经验,如办学理念、办学精神、领导重视、专家参与、职能部门的管理作用与服务功能等方面进行归纳与总结,以此促进本院学科建设的进一步发展。
During the ten years from 2002 to 2012, the discipline construction of Nanjing Arts Institute has made great progress and has been reported with great success. Based on the explanation of the connotation of discipline construction in our hospital from the perspective of management science, this paper analyzes the successful experience of discipline construction in the past decade, such as the concept of running a school, the spirit of running a school, the importance of leadership, the participation of experts, the management functions and service functions of departments Induction and summary, in order to promote the further development of our discipline construction.
