对近3年来我院收治的感染新生儿进行研究,发现感染患儿占同期住院患儿60.1%,其主要感染途径为呼吸道,形成败血症的主要原因为呼吸道感染。病原学发现培养阳性率最高的细菌为金黄色葡萄球菌,其中61.7%为耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA),说明近年来耐药菌株有增多趋势。药敏实验结果表明青霉素、氨苄青霉素已基本耐药,头孢唑啉、丁胺卡那、万古霉素耐药率低,可为近期临床选用药物。
In the past three years, our hospital admitted to newborns were studied and found that children infected with the same period accounting for 60.1% of hospitalized children, the main route of infection of the respiratory tract, the main reason for the formation of sepsis is respiratory tract infections. Etiology found that the highest positive culture rate of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, of which 61.7% were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), indicating that there is an increasing trend of drug-resistant strains in recent years. Drug susceptibility test results show that penicillin, ampicillin has been basically resistant, cefazolin, amikacin, vancomycin resistance rate is low, for the recent clinical selection of drugs.
