笔者查阅资料时,发现现在刊行于世的《异辞录》的作者,著录各异。《中国丛书综录》著录民国石印本《辟园史学四种》含:《十七史说》四卷、《通鉴剳记》十六卷,《清代记事年表》十卷、《异辞录》四卷,作者是民国时期的刘体仁;上海书店1984年影印本《异辞录》四卷,著清刘体仁撰;聂崇歧编辑,上海人民出版社1958年出版的《捻军资料别集》一书收集的《异辞录》选录,著该书的作者是刘声木;而台湾文海出版社编辑出版的《近代中国史料丛刊》正编,影印本《异辞录》四卷,则著作者是刘体智。笔者还发现,上海书店及台湾文海出版社的影印本的版式,
