通过Conclad连续挤压法,在挤压温度为500℃下制备出了界面平直度较好,界面层厚度为93μm,界面结合强度高的侧向复合型Cu/Al复合材料。对复合材料界面的力学性能、界面形貌及微观组织进行分析,可知越靠近界面处硬度越高,界面层的抗拉强度为48 MPa,复合界面层存在除铜基体和铝基体以外的金属间化合物,排序从铜基一侧到铝基一侧依次为Cu_9Al_4、CuAl和CuAl_2。而CuAl2是一种脆性相,它的存在容易引起界面结合处出现断裂现象。
By Conclad continuous extrusion method, Cu / Al composites with lateral interface with good interfacial flatness, interfacial layer thickness of 93μm and high interfacial bonding strength were prepared at the extrusion temperature of 500 ℃. The mechanical properties, interface morphology and microstructure of the composite interface were analyzed. The results showed that the closer to the interface the higher the hardness, the tensile strength of the interface layer was 48 MPa, the intermetallic layer except the copper matrix and the aluminum matrix existed in the composite interface layer The compounds were ordered Cu_9Al_4, CuAl and CuAl_2 from the Cu-based side to the Al-based side. The CuAl2 is a brittle phase, its presence easily lead to interface junction fracture phenomenon.
