采用消失模铸造铸铁轮子,对消失模铸造的工艺过程进行了研究。采用Anycasting软件分析了浇注过程,对其充型顺序、凝固顺序、温度场分布等进行了分析。采用XRD、扫描电镜等对铸件的微观组织及缺陷进行了分析,结果表明,使用设计的负压浇注系统,金属熔体充型顺利;局部出现孔洞类缺陷及粘砂,是采用的涂料耐火强度低等因素造成的。
The use of lost foam casting cast iron wheels, the lost foam casting process was studied. Anycasting software was used to analyze the pouring process. The filling sequence, solidification sequence and temperature field distribution were analyzed. The microstructure and defects of the castings were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results showed that with the negative pressure casting system designed, the metal melt filled smoothly. The holes defects and sticky sand appeared locally. The coatings were used for fire resistance Low factors.
