近些年来,随着市场经济体制的不断完善,竞争环境日益激烈,企业面对严峻的市场竞争形势,必须要从自身的管理出发,提高企业管理水平,才能保证各项工作的有序开展。思想政治工作是企业管理过程中一项重要的内容,具有典型的阶级性、实践性以及群众性等显著特点,煤矿企业需要对思想政治工作有正确的认知,并且对其不断创新,才能适应现代社会发展形势,促进煤矿企业的稳定发展。本文主要针对新形势下煤矿企业思想政治工作创新的相关问题进行简单的分析。
In recent years, with the constant improvement of the market economy system and the increasingly fierce competition environment, in face of the severe market competition situation, enterprises must proceed from their own management and improve their management level so as to ensure the orderly development of various tasks. Ideological and political work is an important part of the process of enterprise management. It has the typical features of class, practicality and mass. The coal mining enterprises need to have a correct cognition of the ideological and political work and be able to adapt to the modern Social development situation, and promote the stable development of coal mining enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the problems related to the innovation of ideological and political work in coal mining enterprises in the new situation.
