高青:戴总,您好!感谢您接受我们的访谈。您作为资深的职业建筑师,我们首先想问您的是,作为湖南建筑设计大院的中坚力量,您觉得职业建筑师的培养过程中,现有的培养体系对建筑师有哪些制约?戴飞:职业建筑师的培养有两个过程:在校教育和在职教育。在校教育侧重知识性,理念,而在职教育是个深化的过程。国内的建筑学的在校教育跟实际相差太远,建筑师的知识量是非常大的,除建筑学科的专业知识以外,建筑构造,建筑材料,最新材料,最新应用技术,都全部要掌握的,而目前在职教育也是没有成体系的培养模式。
