随着社会、政治、经济的发展,出版市场也日益开放,而顺畅、健康的资金流会帮助出版企业迅速完成面向社会的外部商业化结构调整;因此,融资作为重要的资本吸收方式,也日益为出版界所瞩目。本文在分析了出版业融资的内涵和意义的基础上,针对当前国内出版企业融资难的几个方面,结合西方出版业的融资模式和经验,探讨了建设出版业融资服务体系的建议和策略。
