胜利油田设计院研制的WJK-系列微机计量监控装置是以油田各类计量站为主要监控对象,以实现单井油、气产量的自动、连续计量.该装置的特点是结构简单、轻便、可靠、便于扩充、抗干扰能力强.本文主要介绍该装置硬件电路的组成、软件的编制和功能以及为提高系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力所采取的一些技术措施.最后介绍了单-双容积分离器计量站微机计量监控系统的应用实例.
The WJK-series microcomputer metering and monitoring device developed by Shengli Oilfield Design Institute is based on all kinds of metering stations in the oilfield as the main monitoring object to realize automatic and continuous metering of single well oil and gas production.The device is characterized by simple structure, light weight and reliable , Easy to expand, anti-interference ability.This paper mainly introduces the hardware circuit of the device, the preparation and function of the software and some technical measures to improve the reliability and anti-interference ability of the system.Finally introduced the single-dual volume separation Metering station microcomputer measurement monitoring system application examples.
