随着我国科技和经济的不断发展,大数据形势空前乐观。互联网、云计算等大数据相关的科学技术广为流传,全新的互联时代已经来临。大数据的发展在方便了人们生产生活的同时,也带来一系列的不利弊端。包括个人隐私的泄露等等,面对此种情况,国家应该不断完善大数据监管法律的建立。本文主要对基于大数据时代下的信息安全的刑法保护观念展开讨论和分析。
With the continuous development of science and technology and economy in our country, the situation of big data is unprecedentedly optimistic. Internet, cloud computing and other big data-related science and technology is widely circulated, a new era of Internet has come. While the development of big data has facilitated people’s production and life, it also brings a series of disadvantages and disadvantages. Including personal privacy leaks, etc., in the face of such situations, the state should continue to improve the establishment of big data monitoring laws. This article mainly discusses and analyzes the conception of criminal law protection based on information security under the age of big data.
