With the continuous development of X-ray diagnostic equipment and the increase in the frequency of X-ray diagnosis accepted by the public, doing a good job of medical X-ray diagnostic protection and increasing radiological health supervision have become the focus of radiological health work in our province. In 1996, based on a preliminary investigation of the basic conditions of medical X-ray diagnosis in our province, as part of the national medical radiation survey, medical radiation investigation in Heilongjiang Province was conducted in 1999.
