本刊讯为维护期刊的正常出版秩序,加强对期刊出版增刊的管理,新闻出版署发出(91)新出期字第1369号文《关于期刊出版增刊有关事项的通知》,规定自然科学技术类期刊如确有必要出版增刊(每种期刊每年只批准一期,一次申请只对一期增刊有效),应按照《科学技术期刊管理办法》办理.增刊应按照正刊的办刊宗旨和编辑方针,本着社会效益第一的原则,选编内容健康有益、确有出版价值的文章.增刊开本和发行范围应与正刊一致.由期刊主管单位提出增刊的书面申请报告,内容应包括:拟出增刊的文章编目(如是本刊已发表的文章,须注明在本刊发表的时间)、总字数、印数、印张、定价、出版日期、印刷单位.审核批准机关认
