目的 研究成人单侧后牙反 牙合 患者下颌及颞颌关节的对称性 .方法 对 2 0例成人单侧后牙反 牙合 患者及 2 3例正常 牙合成人拍摄定位颏顶位片及双侧颞颌关节中位断层片进行描记分析 .结果 成人单侧后牙反 牙合 患者在下颌坐标系中反牙合 侧 DMP点更靠远中及颊侧 ,在颅底坐标系中反 牙合 侧CMP,DMP点更靠远中 ,DMP,MM,DM点更靠侧方 .结论 相对下颌坐标系 ,反 牙合 侧第一磨牙位置与对侧相比更靠远中及颊侧 .在骨性结构上 ,未见下颌的不对称 .相对颅底平面 ,下颌骨向反 牙合 侧发生了旋转
Objective To study the symmetry of the mandible and temporomandibular joint in adult unilateral posterior crossbite patients.Methods Twenty cases of adult unilateral posterior crossbite patients and 23 normal occlusion patients were enrolled in this study. Lateral temporomandibular joint of the median segment of the tracing analysis.Results Adult unilateral posterior teeth anti-occlusion in the mandibular coordinate system in the anti-occlusal DMP point farther and buccal, in the skull base coordinate system of anti-occlusal DMP, DMP, MM, and DM were more lateral.Conclusion Compared with the mandibular coordinate system, the position of the first molar on the anti-occlusal side is more distal and buccal than that on the contralateral side. Sexual structure, there is no asymmetry mandibular relative to skull base plane, the mandible to the anti-occlusal side of the rotation occurred
