目的分析低位直肠癌行完全腹腔镜保肛手术的安全性及优势。方法回顾我院从1999年至今11例行腹腔镜手术的低位直肠癌病例的临床病理资料。结果11例均在腹腔镜下操作完成,无中转开腹,无手术相关并发症,手术时间稍长于开腹,清扫淋巴结数目5～16个,随访6～30个月,无手术戳孔处转移。结论腹腔镜对于低位直肠癌保肛是安全可靠的。
Objective To analyze the safety and advantages of complete laparoscopic anal sphincter preservation in patients with low rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with low rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from 1999 to the present were retrospectively reviewed. Results All of the 11 cases were performed laparoscopically without laparotomy. There was no complications related to surgery. The operative time was slightly longer than that of laparotomy. The number of lymph nodes was 5 to 16, followed up for 6 to 30 months without metastasis . Conclusion Laparoscopy is safe and reliable for the treatment of low rectal cancer.
