比较 3种膳食纤维与限食作用对大鼠体内脂质过氧化程度的影响 ,探讨膳食纤维抗氧化作用的机理。 5 0只Wis tar大鼠被随机分为 5组 ,分别给予高脂饮食 ,其中 3组分别添加 10 %的 3种膳食纤维 (纤维素、麦麸、果胶 ) ,另一组为 10 %限食组 ,其余一个组为对照组。大鼠喂养 3个月后发现 ,膳食纤维各组大鼠粪便脂肪排出量增多 ,血清中及红细胞膜MDA水平显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,红细胞膜的流动性显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而限食组与对照组相比 ,以上各指标均无显著性差别。由此说明膳食纤维发挥的抗氧化功能可能是通过影响脂肪的消化吸收 ,而不是由于其限食功能
The effects of three kinds of dietary fiber and food restriction on lipid peroxidation in rats were compared to explore the anti-oxidative mechanism of dietary fiber. Fifty Wis tar rats were randomly divided into five groups and were given a high-fat diet. Three of the dietary fiber (cellulose, wheat bran and pectin) were supplemented with 10% Food group, the remaining one group for the control group. Three months after feeding, rats in each dietary fiber group showed increased fecal fat excretion, MDA levels in serum and erythrocyte membrane (P <0 05), and the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane was significantly higher than that of the control Group (P <0 05). However, there was no significant difference between the above two groups in the food-restriction group and the control group. This shows that the anti-oxidant function of dietary fiber may be affected by the digestion and absorption of fat, not because of its limited feeding function
