更多的证据表明基质有调节造血作用的重要功能,从而激起人们研究基质对正常和病理造血作用的新兴趣。作者对六例Ph~1阳性慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)患者的骨髓基质成分进行了细胞遗传学的研究,发现所有被检纤维母细胞集落中,既无标记染色体,又无其他染色体异常。这表明,此种集落的前体(培养中的空斑形成单位plaque-forming units in culture)并非与巨噬细胞在内的造血成份密切相关。
More evidence suggests that the matrix plays an important role in regulating hematopoiesis, arousing people’s interest in studying the effects of stroma on normal and pathological hematopoiesis. The authors performed a cytogenetic study of bone marrow stroma in six patients with Ph-1-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and found that all fibroblasts tested had neither marked chromosome nor other chromosomal abnormalities in their colony. This indicates that the colony precursors (plaque-forming units in culture) are not closely related to the hematopoietic components of macrophages.
