SARS是一种典型的不确定性外来冲击,对我国的政治经济产生了一定的影响。在经济这个层面上,SARS对GDP有负面冲击,冲击度的大小主要取决于疫情控制的具体情况,国内把关注的重点放在了SARS将会在长期和短期中多大程度影响GDP的增长。SARS不仅影响了经济运行,而且对人们的生活生产观念和处理问题的机制也产生的强大的冲击。本文旨在制度经济学的框架内对SARS进行一些浅析。
SARS is a typical external shock of uncertainty, which has a certain impact on our country’s political economy. At the economic level, the impact of SARS on GDP is negative. The degree of impact is mainly determined by the specific situation of epidemic control. The domestic focus is on the extent to which the SARS will affect the growth of GDP in the long run and the short run. SARS not only affects the economic operation, but also has a powerful impact on people’s life and production ideas and mechanisms for handling problems. This article aims to make some analysis of SARS within the framework of institutional economics.
