今年是中法建交50周年。50年间,中法关系飞速发展,这离不开科技交流与合作的重大贡献。今年,法国驻华大使馆将在中法两地举办一系列的科技创新活动。1964年1月27日,中、法两国政府发表联合公报宣布:“中华人民共和国政府和法兰西共和国政府一致决定建立外交关系。”法国成为西欧国家中首先突破意识形态差异与新中国建交的国家,这在当时被西方媒体喻为“外交核爆炸”。
