介绍一种共轨增压式燃油喷射系统方案。从输油泵出来的中等压力的燃油被泵入蓄压器中,经增压活塞增压后由喷油器喷出,以达到高的喷射压力,并提高整个喷油系统的可靠性。并在前期论证和系统仿真工作基础上,对所设计的燃油系统电控装置进行测试实验和进一步的改进,验证此装置达到柴油机电控的要求和精度。
A common rail pressurized fuel injection system is introduced. Medium pressure fuel from the pump is pumped into the accumulator and pressurized by the booster piston to be injected by the injectors to achieve high injection pressure and increase the reliability of the entire fuel injection system. On the basis of pre-demonstration and system simulation work, the experiment and further improvement of the designed fuel system electronic control device were carried out to verify the requirements and accuracy of this device to achieve the diesel-electric control.
