为配合第三批共产党员先进性教育的顺利开展,就农村党组织如何体现先进性问题。我们深入到19个行政村进行了调查研究,深深感到:建设社会主义新农村对农村党组织发挥先进性作用的要求更高了,农村和谐社会建设使农村党组织发挥先进性作用的任务更重了,产业结构和经营方式的变化对农村党组织发挥先进性作用的方式提出的挑战更大了。面对这样的新形势,农村基层党组织如何在新时期继续发挥战斗堡垒作用,充分体现先进性呢?
In line with the smooth implementation of the advanced education of the third group of Party members, how the rural party organizations can reflect the issue of advanced nature? We conducted in-depth investigations into 19 administrative villages and deeply felt that the requirements for constructing a new socialist countryside to play an advanced role in rural party organizations are even higher. The task of building a rural harmonious society makes the party organizations in rural areas play a more advanced role. Emphasis was placed on the challenge posed by the changes in industrial structure and mode of operation over the ways in which rural party organizations played an advanced role. In the face of such a new situation, how can the rural grass-roots party organizations continue to play the role of a battle fort in the new period and fully demonstrate the nature of advancement?
