针对实际工况、环境介质综合影响刮板输送机运料中板磨损行为的复杂问题,开展中板与煤、矸石、水等混合物料的磨损试验,利用统计学原理、交互作用技术和现代摩擦学理论对获得的试验数据进行研究与分析.结果表明:中板磨损量随接触压力、滑动速度的增加而增加;在接触压力、滑动速度一定的情况下,磨损量随水、煤、矸石中的水的比例升高而减少;中板的磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损、黏着磨损、腐蚀磨损和疲劳磨损,分布在磨损机制分布图的轻度、中度及重度破坏区内.
