弥漫性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺功能亢进(即Graves病),占全部甲亢的85～90％,是内分泌系统的常见病。并常有甲亢功能性血液动力学改变和器质性心功能的病理变化,互相交错,临床上呈现各种各样的心血管异常征象。本文对Graves病40例患者进行心肺阻抗血流图观察研究,旨在探讨Graves病早期的心肺功能变化。 Diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism (ie, Graves disease), accounting for 85 to 90% of all hyperthyroidism, is a common disease of the endocrine system. And often hyperthyroidism functional hemodynamic changes and pathological changes of organic heart function, staggered each other, clinical manifestations of a variety of signs of cardiovascular abnormalities. In this paper, 40 patients with Graves disease were observed cardiopulmonary impedance blood flow map to investigate the early stage of Graves disease changes in cardiopulmonary function.
